Purpose
Allows programmatic transactions using Spring's Transaction Abstraction and a block.

}Description
The
withTransaction method uses a block or closure that gets passed Spring
TransactionStatus object. The
TransactionStatus object can be used to programmatically control rollback of the transaction.
